Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, Jobscheckr will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action. This may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content within 48 hours of verification, pending further investigation. We will also notify the content uploader, if applicable, and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to jobscheckr@gmail.com with the following details:

  • The URL of the removed content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review counter-notices and may restore content if appropriate, in accordance with DMCA guidelines.
