Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website without authorization, please send a formal notice to jobscheckr@gmail.com including the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) where the infringing content appears.
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens After Submission
Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the content in question—typically within 48 hours. We will also inform the user who posted the content (if applicable) and give them the opportunity to file a counter-notice.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to jobscheckr@gmail.com containing the following:
- The URL of the removed content.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the legally required timeframe.
Misuse of the DMCA Process
Please note: Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. We reserve the right to take action against such abuse.
